Roger Hockenberry
With over thirty years of experience working with all aspects of Information Technology, Roger is the former CTO in the Directorate of Operations of the CIA, where he helped shape mission capabilities across a broad spectrum of activities. Prior to the CIA, Roger was a Managing Partner at Gartner, where he led a team bringing technology and business solutions to a large portion of their client portfolio.

David Highnote
David's decade of experience running corporate operations has allowed him to develop well-honed operational and risk mitigation skills. A co-creator of our proprietary cyber assessment methodologies, Davidʼs experience as an advisor supporting internal audit and governance teams, C – Suites, and boards of midsize regional businesses and global corporations alike gives him a nuanced ability to help leaders understand and mitigate risk and prioritize investments.

Pat Arvidson
Pat is a proven tech executive with 30 + years’ experience building, inspiring, and leading high-performance teams. Prior to joining Risk Aperture, Pat worked for the National Security Agency and held several unique roles: Program Director of Strategic Cybersecurity where he led a program to assess cyber risk in weapon and space systems; Executive Director, Principal Cyber Advisor to the Secretary of Defense, Advisor to the White House, National Security Council and Pentagon on cyber defense capabilities, threat intelligence, and national cyber policy.

Jennifer Gold
Jennifer is the Chief Information Security Officer at Risk Aperture, specializing in cybersecurity for emerging technologies and critical infrastructure. She is a founding member of the National AI and Cybersecurity ISAO, where she shares her expertise in AI and cybersecurity to drive secure innovation across industries. She volunteers as a cybersecurity specialist for the USMC Cyber Auxiliary and serves on the Forbes Technology Council. In 2024, Jennifer was named one of the global top 50 Information Security Professionals and recognized as a NYS Assembly Woman of Distinction, as well as having received the 2023 Call to Service Award from President Biden.
